Hi Bob,
Yes! In terms of what the list sends to you the changeover was
complete as of May 1st, so go ahead and block to your hearts content.
I would like to point out, however, that there have been no
unauthorized or commercial messages sent via the list in over six
months.
We are still automatically forwarding messages sent to the old address
in order to give members plenty of time to update their address books.
That phase of the changeover will end on June 30.
