I have been reading the trawler world list for a few years but have never
subscribed to the list until now. I have enjoyed the many postings regarding
all aspects of trawlers and cruising. I am in the process of building a 52
foot steel trawler that I hope to finish in another year. I find the
postings by Arild Jensen to be very informative on electrical and other
issues and Capt Mike Maurice on cruising and weather tactics etc. Should any
of the list members be interested in building a vessel from steel I would be
more than happy to share my knowledge and experiences with you.
