        On my 39' Sea Ray shorepower 1 energizes the all the a/c circuits on the
    panel. If I think the second setting is 1&2 which splits the panel into two
    separate circuits of 30 amps each. The advantage to the first setting is if the
    mooring in the marina has electric a long way off I can string 30 amp cords
    together and just monitor my amp draw. Works fine for us. Happy New year to all
