This is perhaps a little harsh. I've found this exchange of views to be
a particularly useful one. I also (as one who has participated in
mailing lists for going on 15 years now) found it pretty much in line
with general perceptions of netiquitte (see Emily Postnews,
http://www.faqs.org/faqs/usenet/emily-postnews/part1/). YMMV, Georges,
and this is your list. However, I haven't perceived her postings to be
other than, well, restrained.
This is almost certainly to be a hot subject, with strongly held
opinions on both sides. It should be debated - possibly hotly. Other
brokers should be welcome to join the debate. If she's wrong, let them
bring other views to refute hers.
My two cents worth. However, I have yet to buy my first big boat.
Please don't censor strongly held feelings on this point, or I (and
others like me) will have to go somewhere else for them.
