to communicate between them using periscopes what did they use "morse code".
Yes......... but....... that was a Hollywood version of reality, which we
all know usually bears little resemblence to real reality, particularly
with a movie like "Red October.'' These are the people that launch semis
into the air doing a barrel-roll when they run over a rose bush. Don't get
me wrong- it was a good book (Clancy's best in my opinion) and a good
movie, but it was still just a movie....
