I was there when people were jumping from the WTC to escape the inferno.
The sight made *MY* view about my constitutional rights considerably
more "flexible".
In any case, I do not know how law enforcement officers could do their job
without inspecting trucks entering Manhattan or boats sailing in the
waters around New York.
