To continue this thread a bit, this coming spring we will take delivery of
our new Dutch built cruiser. I am thinking about where we will winter in the
Med next year - Spain (maybe as far south as Gibraltar), southern France or
points further east.
I have been keeping in contact with several friends we met this past summer
while cruising in France (one couple is wintering in Valence, France on the
Rhone River and another is in Ostia Lido on the western coast of Italy).
This past year I have been contacted off list by several other Europe based
folks. So if there are other TWL'ers out there who are or will be in the
Med, please, let's do start a subject-specific list.
