    Lee,

    Are you saying that you were able to get internet service on your cell phone
    while you are in Canada? We can use Verizon in Canada for $10 a month .
    We were told by Telus (in British Columbia) that Verizon does not have
    reciprocal data transmission privileges in Canada. Wonder if it is just on
    the west coast that you cannot get a data connection. We use the Verizon
    connection when travelling in the US to get our E Mail and browse the
    Internet.

    If they are now allowing data transfer in Canada that would be a real boon.

    This year we bought PocketMail and it works great for E Mail using our
    Verizon to dial the 800 number. No Internet access though.
