The 19.2 you see on your task bar is a "fib". The limit of the architecture
is 14.4, however you can get speeds approximating 28.8 by using compression.
Call Verizon and they will send you (free) their Venturi Software
compression product. It works reasonable well, but has a bug that
interferes with wireless LAN which I reported to them.
