Have been reading the thread with interest. Am I the only one out there
using Maptech Offshore Navigator? Works fine on my three year old laptop,
and has never crashed or locked up. Laptop is connected via serial port to
a Garmin e-trex hand held. I have a backup laptop that is even older and
running Win 95. Also works fine, although slower to load charts.
I was getting very significant delays in OSN when I inadvertently left
Norton's "Go Back" running in the background.
