Robert Smith says his water smells.
Years ago on my Wild Wind I, I had the same problem. The tank seemed OK
but still tasted bad and smelled. It got a little better after heavy
use. I finally researched it more and noticed the clear hose coming
from the tank looked discolored. I was lucky to have a have spare hose
on the boat during our cruise from LA to Miami. Changed the hoses and
the problem was solved. I think the fact that the hoses are filled with
water and then drained back can cause growth in the hose. After
removing the hose I cut it open. I was shocked to think I was feeding
my family water that had gone through a contaminated hose.
Good Luck,
