    The only thing that I can think of that would be near 100% effective is to
    have an electric diaphragm pump run by a relay timer off the float switch.
    When the float switch opens the relay timer kicks in and the diaphragm pump
    finishes the job. A diaphragm pump will remove all but the last drop or so.
