I would like to mount a standard sailboat-type winch on the aluminum mast on
my trawler as a back-up to the electric winch used to raise the dinghy to the
bridge deck, etc. Does anyone know of an adapter plate made for such use? I
have seen custom fabricated brackets, however, would prefer to buy something
"off the shelf".
