    Greetings All,

As most of you are aware, we have been busy refitting Manana for some
extended cruising. The time has come to leave. Not everything is done,
but everything we need to be safe and comfortable has been finished.
And we've got the tools and supplies on board to work on the remaining
tasks as time and desire allow. After all, the definition of cruising
is Performing boat maintenance in exotic ports of call.

Part of leaving is that we'll no longer have ready internet access. Our
primary email will be via our Sailmail account over SSB radio.
Unfortunately TWL is much too big to receive in that fashion, so I will
    be unsubscribing.

I'd like to express to everybody how important TWL has been to me over
the past several years. The collected knowledge and wisdom is without
equal. The advice and opinions so freely shared by those on the list
has been invaluable. And even more important has been the friendship
and camaraderie that I've enjoyed. Thank you one and all.

In a couple days, I will be sending all email to this address to a
blackhole. We get 150+ spams/week and don't feel like dealing with that
through internet cafes. Instead, we have a new email address, as well
as a Sailmail SSB email address. Details on how to contact us can be
found be following the "How to Contact Us" link on our web site:
http://manana.mccorison.com. Our web site also contains our cruising
plans, where we are, and Jans journal of our trip.

Best wishes, and thanks for all the great times,

    Jim McCorison
