The Epoxy is far superior to use as a REPAIR than the vinlester,
as it is a GLUE that will stick to an old surface.

The V Ester is GREAT when used as a layup resin on NEW construction , cheap , strong & fewer allergies.
But even with a 99% ground surface to stick to there are hassles with it sticking as it cures

For a repair , or to install a new item on a boat out of the 3 week from layup "green resin" period, Epoxy is the ONLY real choice.
