    Wilbur,

I single use a single dehumifier on a 49 foot raised
pilot house in south Florida and it solves the
problem. I use a home 110v purchased from a Home
Improvement retailer with orange signs. It is a pain
to stow but we have plenty of space for it in the
engine room when not in use.

Suggest that rather than drain into the bilge, you
place unit on a counter top and drain into a sink
either in galley or a head so the condensate will
drain overboard--assuming your sinks drain overboard
    as most do.
