    If the range rings are non-round, I'd suspect a problem in the
    horizontal scan circuit of the display - the fact that it was observed
    following the antenna incident is probably co-incidental. (but it
    wouldn't hurt to check the antenna for unusual grinding noises, or
    obvious damage)
