One of the answers to publishing could be an online magazine. The problem with
an online magazine is that with slow connections, the graphics can get
cumbersome. I work and play 6 days a week all winter in the ski industry.
The best online magazine, bar none that I have found, that is aimed at people
of fun but very cheap character is telemarktips.com.
As far as other alternatives go, I participate in a web site for skiing that
has evolved into voluntary subscription to afford the cost. There are 5000
registered skiers and the site gets over 1 million page views per month. That
site is epicski.com . Epicski subscriptions run about $25.00 per year. The
site is run by an individual on his home budget. The archives are massive.
I hope to launch by September 1
