    (SNIP) Phil, During a tide change, do you lift the anchor and start over
    the whole
    process or do you just wait for it to reset? Ben

    No need to haul anchor, just watch the store until she resets herself.
    Nantucket current flow through the anchorage outside the mooring field
    is strong enough to keep you perpendicular to a 40 knot wind.

    Another note on Nantucket, check your generator strainer every 2 days,
    the eel grass doesn't take long to fill it, and shut down your generator
    on a thermal. Most gensets have an automatic high temperature shut down
    when the raw water stops, but I like to avoid as many of those as
    possible.
