We just came back from two months in the Bahamas. Only occasional bug
problems when wind was low at dusk. No bug problems whatsoever that regular
screens don't handle well. In the Carolinas however we use "no-see-um"
screening (finer mesh than normal) because the buggers are awful. We've
made "no-see-um" screens to fit the inside of Adventure's salon and fasten
with two-sided Velcro tape. That plus hatch covers make a fine barrier.
