Hi Dan,

Harbor Freight has a 2 Piece Stripped Head Screw Remover Set, Item
38037-0VGA for $5.99. I don't know how well it works, but I have been
thinking of getting one:

Regarding bedding the windows. I have spent considerable time researching
what is the best bedding to use on the windows I am installing in new
pilothouse teak doors that I have made. Without a doubt the best is Dow
Corning 1199 Silicone Glazing sealant:

prod=02713047&type=PROD&pg=00000114

The only problem is you probably won't be able to get the 1199. Dow Corning
only sells it to very large window manufacturers. I managed to get 3 tubes
from a guy at a large window manufacturer who was into boating.

The next best is Dow Corning. 995 Silicone Structural Adhesive:

pg=00000114&prod=02713047&type=PROD

If you can't get the Dow Corning. 995, I was told to use Dow Corning. 732
Multi-Purpose Silicone Sealant:
http://www.dowcorning.com/applications/Product_Finder/PF_details.asp?l1=003&
prod=M0001464&type=MRKT&pg=00000952

 I was going to use 3M Marine Grade Silicone Sealant; however, I was told by
product engineers at 3M that it is not UV resistant, nor recommended to be
used in sunlight. I found that hard to believe, because I thought all
silicone was about the same. I called back a second time and got the same
answer. Note, all of the Dow Corning products mentioned here have excellent
UV Resistance.

I think Resorcinol glue is the glue of choice for teak. I have been using
West epoxy with good results. I finish the teak with Honey Teak:

I hope this helps,
