Jim,
I actually collected on a claim last year when a boat broke loose in a
mooring area during a storm and banged into the side of my boat. No fuss, no
courtroom, no problems. All it took was a photograph of the damage and a
quote from a repair service. The company was USAA. To my mind one of the best
in the business.
