Sears makes a little three piece set of these screw removers. They work
very well... just used them to remove a few screws on my deck that
stripped out when I tried to remove them.
Get a Forstner bit and clean out the hole BEFORE you try to remove the
screw. That will prevent those splits called "breakouts" when you back
the screw out. I just use the bit with my hand, don't use a drill.
