I'd suggest giving a call to Bill Shakespeare, the owner of Embree Marine
in St. Pete, 727/896-0671.
I've only had minor gelcoat work done there but am a very satisfied
longtime customer.

Forgot to mention: Immediately next to Embree is a yacht restoration
faciity which exhibits at the local boat shows and has shown some beautiful
refurbish jobs. Don't recall the name of the company. Would definitely be
worth a look.
