To clean out the bilges, use a wet-dry vac you no longer plan to use for
anything else. After you remove as much of the fuel as you can, use Simple
Green and water. Some of this water will also be contaminated with fuel and
will have to be disposed of the same way. Leaves you with a great opportunity
to paint the bilges.
