Subject: TWL: DeFever & Blisters

I am currently looking at a DeFever 53 P.O.C. Does anyone know about the
history of hull blisters and DeFevers for the 1988-1989 vintage boats. I have
been told that all those boats needed to be peeled and reglazed. Is this a
true story????
