This year we have (per the hour meters) put 449.8 hours on the Perkins 135hp
main and 95.9 hours on the Onan 6.5kW generator and have consumed 1148.4
gallons of diesel.
Ignoring generator usage, our engine consumes 2.55 gallons per running hour.
Allocating 0.75 gallons per hour to the generator, the engine is consuming
2.39 gallons per hour.
Our Monk36 is 36 feet LWL, and weighs about 20,000 lbs.
