Hi Robin,
The better way is "MaryKate - On and Off Hull Cleaner" available at most
marine stores. BE CAREFUL using this stuff. It is nasty. Wear goggles, gloves
and don't breath the fumes - but it will clean up the brown stains in
fiberglass hulls without a doubt. Just wipe it on with a sponge and the
stains disappear immediately. Wash throughly with water.
