Morro Bay, California, Sunday, September 1, 2002
A whale suddenly breached and crashed into the bow of a 22 foot boat, killing
the 51 year old owner who was hurled into the ocean.Three other fishermen
weren't injured and stayed aboard the damaged boat which was towed to shore by
the Coast Guard.
