Subject: TWL: Etiquette!

List, I have a question about etiquette. I have had a horrible experience
with the repair of one of my Volvo MS3C transmissions. It involves a shop
which in my opinion did a classic "bait-n-switch" (and I bit the bait!) . Is
it OK to tell the story here with names? or should I shield the "villain's"
name?
