Yesterday, the first day of salmon season, an 18-foot boat capsized at the
mouth of the Columbia River. Both men in the boat were wearing PFDs and
both made it to shore. Apparently, Hypothermia was the cause of death; the
other man was suffering the effects of hypothermia when paramedics arrived.
No word on what caused the boat to capsize.
