With summer on the way, there is a northern route past England and
Greeenland. This puts the boat in Newfoundland and then down the east
coast. I think the Atlantic Passages book actually recommends this route
for smaller vessels with reduced range. Quite a bit longer if your heading
for the Panama canal but much better marketing with more exposure to the
East Coast Trawler Market.
