I have used this program. It contains the basic knowledge needed to pass
the coast guard exams. Kim was asking about how to inteprete the weather
info which I feel is a step up from the Weather Trainer program. No
connection with Starpath or the Weather Trainer but recommend it as a
teaching tool to understand the foundations of weather.
