seconds.

Free e-versions of the US Coast Pilots are available for download at
http://chartmaker.ncd.noaa.gov/nsd/cpdownload.asp
However, a word of caution: these are very BIG zip files, eg Number 7
covering the west coast is 126 MB, and takes about 15 minutes to
download with an ADSL connection. The one for Alaska is 5.2 MB.
