I haven't used Cetol, but I have used Honey Teak. I experienced small pin
holes on one section of teak. I called the Honey Teak manufacturer and it
turned out to be small bubbles from the teak off gassing (moisture
evaporating). This happened when the temperature was above 80 degrees and
very sunny. As instructed, I cleaned the teak with alcohol, made sure it was
completely dry and applied the Honey Teak in the early morning and late
afternoon. Cured all my problems. You might give it a try.
I would also call Cetol to see what they suggest.
