Hi List.
I installed two new sets of Morse MT-3 controls on my Island Gypsy. I
installed the units with Vetus DS units. The DS units let you use 2 sets of
the MT-3 controls. I have the gear part working ok. You can increase the
throw ratio of the MT-3 on the gear side. I have it set on the largest
throw. My question is; I have too much end play on new Morse Supreme
3300 cables? In turn it takes a lot of movement on the throttle lever to
increase the throttle. I can't get full movement. I have decreased the
distance on the throttle lever on the motor by half the distance. The Vetus
units start in the middle and only allow 1.5 inches of movement for the
throttle. (It is different on the gear side as you are starting in the
middle (neutral) and it's 1.5 inches to each side. The units work very well
except for this problem. Does anyone on the list have a solution??

Thanks for your help.
