I sent Rich a zipped copy of a freeware program (1 Mb) called Waypoint
that was written to interface a PC and Garmin GPS units.
However, others might also want it, and if so, it's available at
http://www.tapr.org/~kh2z/Waypoint/ together with instructions and a few
other files.
