Hi Shaun,
Most of the marina's that I've dealt with have dockside breakers. I'm not
sure how that works without one, but Marinco makes a nice, waterproof,
dockside breaker box that mounts to a piling, wall, ect. You lift a door to
acess the breaker & female plug. The marina I'm in now has double boxes that
are shared by two slips.
