Hi Nick,

I may be way off base as I have no experience with your particular engine. My
120 Ford Lehman developed a similar symptom a few weeks before one of my
injector lines let go. Like you, I checked everything was tight. This was the
"olive" tip of the steel injector line as it enters the injector pump. It was
slowly coming undone and finally came off entirely. These are welded on and
you can't fix them you just replace the line. No more leaks.
