"GPS Waypoints of BC Coast by Don Douglass " does not quite do the job as it
is focused on waypoints not place names. There are many many more place
names.
What would be really nice would be an Edition of Walbran's ancient and
excellent text on BC coastal place names with hot links to chart
numbers/locations. And even better a file such that one could click on the
chart and up pops the place name/history/cultural/pilot etc. More fun than a
picture of a harbour.
Same for WA coast as it has it's own flavour of colourful characters history
and names.
