Subject: TWL: Radar Troubleshooting

I have a Raytheon R11X radar the is about 10 years old and has been working
fine until this weekend. When I started it up the screen displayed "bearing
pulse error". I checked the open array antenna, it was not turning. I
removed the array, added grease where required and the unit ran for about 5
minutes when I got the same error. This time the antenna was turning at
about 4 rpm instead of 24 rpm. After powering down and up, I now get a
display of various designs, not anything recognizable. I am getting 12+
volts to the unit.
Any ideas of where I should look or what I should look for?
