Check out the Harbormaster product from Beacon Marine. A web search will
find Beacon Marine. They're in beta test right now. CDMA short burst
messages are sent via satellite at night (frequency determined by level of
service) for status on various systems. Phone messages are sent in response
to emergency circumstances.
Very cool product.
