Steve,
You said on the list you change impellers every 100 hours, what is this in
years?
We change our customers impellers every year and never have a problem with
failures, including the ones which YANMAR says never fails, but if you have
one that does, they will give you a new one free. Gave them away by the
case last year.
You might try changing to another brand of impeller if possible, JABSCO,
Johnson, Sherwood etc.
