I would lay all the pieces down like a jigsaw puzzle to figure out the
best use of new carpet, then run down to Home Depot or Lowes and get the
right amount. You can cut it yourself and install the snaps, if you get
a snap installer from a store somewhere. If you want to get fancy, you
can have a carpet company sew an edge on it for you. Just depends on how
much work you want to do yourself. You could also just get a yacht
interior company to do the whole job, or maybe even a canvas shop.
You'll really pay for the work though!
