I've used Corrosion Block spray with perfect results. Never had anything
but shiny terminals. Matter of fact, I spray everything electrical with
it, especially the shore power connectors and sockets. Good stuff. I
also bought a can of CRC battery terminal cleaner on closeout. It is
essentially baking soda in a spray can. Can't tell you how it works
because I've never had to use it!
