TWL: Inside teak

Hi

We have put an offer in on a MT that has not been looked after well inside
particularly the woodwork.

The salon teak table is water-stained, as are the cabinets in the galley.
The wood parquet flooring is very bad too.

Any suggestions on polishing/re-finishing?
