    On Pooh, I built a slide-out shelf inside one of the
    chest-high cabinet doors. Except when watching, the
    TV is away inside the door with the door latched to
    stay secure in seas. To watch TV, open the door, pull
    the slide-out shelf, and rotate the TV to the desired
    angle. The TV merely sits on top tof the shelf. The
    3/4" ply shelf slides in grooves milled in wooden
    2X3's, a pretty tight fit to make some friction.
