    Anchor????????? Captain Al Pilvinis >>

We started out three years ago on Pooh with a Delta
55lb as the best bower. It was fine in sand and firm
mud, in the Bahamas, FL, and most of the ICW. On
Chesapeake Bay, Norfolk, and a few other soupy mud
places, we could sometimes not get the Delta to set in
the least, even after three or more tries (there's 200
ft of 5/16 HT chain on it). The Delta is still
aboard, if anyone wants one. Two years ago, we
replaced it with a 72 lb SuperMax, and have slept
    better ever since.
