TWL: Marina Suggestions in the Chesapeake

I am looking for a marina in the Chesapeake with good access to the
Northern Virginia area. We want to keep our boat in the Chesapeake for the
next year or so. I would like to be in an area where we can get fair and
competent work on the boat done as well as have good facilities to work on
the boat ourselves. I presently favor the St. Mary's (Solomons) area.
