1st time posting to list.
We have been full-time liveaboards for 5 years now and within this next year
- we will be starting to live our dream of cruising. Both our businesses are
up for sale and we have been hard at it preparing our boat for our journey to
nowhere/everywhere.
We have a Compaq laptop and are trying to figure out how we can get rid of
our cell phones and be able to connect to the internet while on the hook. Is
this possible?
A friend told me about a wireless modem with a built-in antenna. For all of
you cruisers that are already on your journey - I'm sure you have already
tackled this problem. We could use some advice.
